Such a friendly helpful practice. All the staff are amazing and helpful. The treatment was first class and my feelings were a priority with excellent advice to help.

Was the hygienist today. She is aware I have medical problems and can be anxious about visiting the dentist. She was calm gentle and explained exactly what she was going to do and when she was going to do it. She made me less anxious during my visit.

Managed to join as an NHS patient. Dentist was great, very good ‘bedside’ manner. Explained everything clearly.

I started using this practice roughly for 5 years , and previously I have been terrified of the dentist, so it took a lot to go. The practice is very clean and tidy and all the receptionist are always happy and accommodating The practitioners are amazing caring and made me feel comfortable (as they were aware of my phobia) all the treatment I have received was taken with care and everything was done at my own speed and kept me informed on what was going to happen. After experiencing some other dental practices in the past this one is far the best and I highley recommend this practice

I was attended to same day with bad toothache, I am enrolled with Smile at Bridgemary. I went in on time and my tooth was removed painlessly. Been on their books for a long time and never been let down.

Although the reception is excellent and courteous and very helpful, the experience with the dentist is some what to be desired. I had a filling and a clean all done in under 15 minutes, leaving me bleeding all morning. Dentist was rough and constantly huffing at her assistant. There was no real care taken just seemed to want to get me finished as quickly as possible. My daughter was next in and had the same experience. I could also hardly hear her and understand her instructions without stopping her and asking to repeat the instructions given. The surgery itself is lovely, clean and always on time with great reception staff, just a shame the dentist seems to rush and have a bit of an attitude. More care and attention needed.

Today I attended the practice to see the hygienist . It was easy to park and there was a welcoming receptionist. There was only a 5 minute delay in my appointment. I was greeting by the hygienist and his assistant. I was asked if I had any issues and the we discussed the procedure . He took care and the procedure was pain free. All good

1st visit, has free parking. Building is clean and bright with friendly reception staff. Dentist was thorough, polite and informative. Overall impressed and recommend after this trip.

On this visit and on every previous visit, the young Dentist that I saw today, is extremely helpful in every way, and actively tries to make a relaxed environment, that helps me to feel less stressed. He explains everything well. For example, he clearly explains what are my treatments options are. He an extremely accomplished Dentist.

In for a routine check up, and as with my previous visits, all staff; dentist, dental nurse and reception staff were friendly and efficient. My wife and I have been very impressed with the level of service provided by the dental practice. It is getting to the point were I am almost looking forward to dental visits!
