We were greeted warmly on our arrival at the practice. The three reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our dentist and assistant were also friendly and put us at ease. Our checkups were thorough and I had an x-ray to check on an issue I was having. Suggestions were given as to how I should manage the problem. Booking our next checkups was easy, and again the staff were friendly and helpful.

Such an amazing dental practice. All of the staff from receptionists, dental assistants and dentists are all so friendly, welcoming, patient, kind and professional. I went to the hygienist last week and for a checkup today, these 2 appointments were really good. They let me know what they were doing before doing it and paused if I looked uncomfortable. Such a caring team and I would have to say the best practice I’ve ever been to. The patience shown and good bedside manner so to speak, really made a huge difference to previous anxiety and I no longer dread dental appointments.

Very clean and friendly, easy to phone up and easy to check in once there, Clean and tidy with plenty of seats for waiting. Didn’t have to wait long and my dentist was very happy and helpful , thorough check of my teeth and checked an issue I’d had

I have only been attending this clinic since October 2024,I had not seen a dentist in 25 years and I am a very nervous patient but this clinic has fantastic staff from the reception, Dentists and the Hygienists. They have all been very patient with me and we have worked out a plan of treatment for immediate work and on going care.

Arrived early went in within 10 minutes i needed a filling which is booked for two weeks time all very quick many thanks to My Dentist Svetlana

The receptionists were so friendly and helpful and efficient. I was seen on time no waiting around.The dental nurse was efficient and made me feel very relaxed.The dentist was efficient and put me at ease. She explained everything she was doing.She explained what I needed doing in the future.How to improve my cleaning and choice of Toothbrush.The surgery was spotlessly clean and very organised. The dentist and dental nurse were very friendly and reassuring.
