Brilliant dentist booked my son in for same day for emergency appointment, on a bank holiday. staff was friendly and dentist was very helpful. Great dentist and if was closer to home I would use for our normal dentist

As I am a very nervous person when at a dentist, I have to say what a pleasant experience. Reception staff were extremely polite and understanding. The dentist I saw made me feel at ease, listened to me, explained everything he was doing . I had to have a wisdom tooth removed but I can honestly say I never felt a thing, he was very reassuring and very gentle. Thankyou all so much

From the moment I stepped into the practice i was greeted with polite and friendly staff. The dentist i had was amazing he explained everything and was so friendly

I have been registered with a dentist for 5 years due to extreme fear of them. I required an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth. I called the surgery and was seen within 30 minutes, all the staff from reception right through to the dentist were brilliant. Compassionate, empathetic, kind and explained everything about the process. I was seen really quickly and the dentist was already aware that I was anxious about treatment. He fully involved me in the care, explained everything to me, what they would do, what it would not involve and gained informed consent prior to treatment beginning. I was so impressed with my dentist, that I have joined as a full time patient and am already receiving treatment for my other tooth issues. I have nothing but praise for the practice and the staff and I am still nervous but more at ease. There is no forceful selling, however, I opted to move to private dental insurance to cover me in the long term. I was informed of the differences and that possibly private insurance will not cover me for the treatment that was planned, in which I was fully part of. Great practice and have already started informing friends and family about the practice, which is definitely one of, if not the best practice I have been a patient of.

Consistently delivers an exceptional service right from the moment you walk through the front door. I have been visiting this practice for many years now and could not be happier with the unrivalled care and professionalism that I have received as a dental patient.

I phoned this morning in pain. Receptionist who I spoke to was lovely, got me in with 40 minutes. Everyone was really nice these was no rush ,all at you pace and everything was explained to me. I will be returning for further work. An amazing team.

I needed an emergency dentist on good Friday and Scott arms dentist practice came to my rescue, they were all very friendly and caring, my youth had to be removed, the dentist I saw was very good, I would definitely recommend the practice to anyone who needs a dentist in an emergency

Went in, after one of my tooth broke at work. The dentist that visit me made me feel at easy straight away, she gave me all the option with her suggestion on what to do.

I would highly recommend this dentist I was eating a curry in a lot of pain with a tooth that needed to be extracted. Two hours later I was home with it being removed very professionally and great service from Scott Arms Dental Practice truly amazing. Thank you

always good to visit as staff are helpful and friendly would recommend for any treatment have been with them for many years and they always make you feel welcome the dentist always puts you first and explains everything so all leads to a great service
