I had a tooth extraction, I was put at ease immediately, the removal went painlessly and quick and I was aware of everything that was happening and what was just about to happen

All the staff at this practice are brilliant. So friendly and genuine. They are kind, very skilled and professional at all times. It's the best practice I have ever been to. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

I was able to make an urgent appointment on the day and was seen efficiently. The service by all involved was very friendly and made me feel at ease as it was my first time at this dental surgery

I booked an appointment due to bridge being loose and having come out they said there was nothing they could do however this was my front teeth not 1 but 3 teeth at the front they didn’t seem to care that this affecting my eating sleeping as I am having to keep glueing it in all that they were bothered about was a filling I needed at the bottom I have lost a stone in weight due to this issue and it has also affected my sleep. They suggested dentures or implants, I chose to have implants however they could not fit me in until October which was too far away I even asked for a temporary denture they said this would be extra or I could wait until implants wheee I would get it in the price I had already spend over 100 pounds on X-ray and assessment for my teeth plus a chilling was going to cost over 100 pounds which was at the bottom teeth not really that urgent when I need to teeth sorting out. I have now cancelled all appointments as I have got an appointment with another dentist who can fit me in this week not in a months time very uncaring and disappointing I even have to wait for a refund as the person who deals with this is not in on a Friday I was not told this yesterday!!!!

Apart from having a tooth pulled out which i was not looking forward to, the Practitioner made me feel relaxed, great explanation of what was about to happen in terms of the procedure. Very professional, as it turned out the longest part was injections, the tooth came out straight away and clean. Great result. Thank you

I would highly recommend Scott Arms Dental Practice! All the staff were very polite and helpful. The doctor that did the extraction was very calm and told me step by step what he would do which put me as ease. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone who is in need of an extraction!

The staff that I spoke to and the dentist that helped me with my problem were very friendly and professional. I'm so grateful that this dental practice offer emergency NHS appointments very quickly!

As someone who's absolutely terrified of dentists I've been here twice now for emergency appointments and I can honestly say they have changed my.mijd about dentists. The receptionists are lovely and the dentist was amazing!

Having been referred by 111 to Scott Arms dental practice I received excellent service from the initial contact all the way to advice following the emergency tooth extraction. All the team were so polite, friendly and professional from making the appointment to being shown to the dentist's room and again to making payment and leaving. The dentist explained clearly my options and answered my queries in my own time which was reassuring. Whilst working on the tooth he talked through what he was doing which I found comforting and throughout the process he had very friendly and calm manner. I also thought very reasonably priced considering it was an emergency appointment on a Bank Holiday, certainly far cheaper than my usual dentist.
