Clean and presentable environment, staff very friendly. My dentist was calm and reassuring as it was a private emergency appointment he went through options and the costs of what was being offered and offered is opinion, nothing was forced and gave us time to think on what needed to be done. Highly recommend :)

I got a same day booking, where most was a week or 2.. the staff was friendly and the service was great, even tho my extraction didn’t take place today, I was given antibiotics there and then… great advise and very clean and sufficient, I arrived early due to the pain and was seen straight away .. this is now my new Dentist, I won’t bother with my local again.. oh and price is not much to any other either… thanks

I am registered with a dentist and on Denplan but could not get an appointment or a call back for days. Even after telling them that my side filling had come out leaving me with half a tooth! After calling Scott Arms Dental practice on the Monday evening I was seen the following evening, in fact I was offered an appointment the evening I rang. The staff are really friendly and the dentist I saw was lovely. Very informative, through and didn't rush. I will definately be returning again and would highly recommend.

I was so anxious as I walked in and seeing so many people waiting in the waiting area made me even more anxious. I was in a lot of discomfort and just wanted to be seen, the receptionist were so friendly. The gentleman that called me for the appointment was really welcoming and the dentist that seen me was wonderful. He was very patient and reassuring, did a great job on my bridges and tooth. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone looking to join and also will be using them again if needs be next time.

I had bad wisdom tooth pain and was offered an appointment quite promptly, the surgery/ dentist was not upfront about the charges and after paying for two x-rays , consultation and antibiotics I was assured I would be contacted the following week regarding the extraction. Three months on, they have still make no contact and have ignored all my emails and no called me back. Very disappointing.

Excellent dentist I had a great experience as a emergency patient at such a short notice I was seen and my tooth problem resolved, I have had nothing but great experience from the staff at the practice.

No matter how bad your teeth are or what situation you are in these guys really know how to put you at easy. I wished I had came here before I wouldnt be in the situation I am. Highly recommended no matter how fearful you are from the dentist. Very impressed with emergency appts and getting booked in as soon as possible

From booking my appointment to my treatment was just so calm on arrival I was greated by reception and waited about 10 mins to be seen then was took to mu emergency dentist who I could no where ask for a calmer gentleman I'm petrified on dentists but he was amazing my bad tooth was out in about 15 mins and never felt a thing thank you all so much for my experience and I'm now pain free after 6 days of agony
