Needed to see dentists before my next checkup as an emergency i had trouble with a tooth they said no problem gave me an appointment seen dentist who put me at ease straight away very pleasant and helpful told me the problem and explained-what to do fantastic practice thank you would highly recommend the best practice by far.

Last Saturday I had an appointment and I was charged twice for the same appointment. Two days after my appointment I had to come back because I had an infection after the dentist pulled out my tooth. I now have to wait 10 days for my money back. I do not recommend this dental surgery.

best dentist i’ve ever been to in my life the emergency on call dentist is probably the best dentist i’ll ever meet, ive had my tooth taken out before as a child and even with aneasthitic it still hurt a bit during extraction, when this dentist did it he had to cut the tooth into 3 to remove it and i didn’t feel anything besides some pressure there was zero pain he consistently reassured me, let me charge my phone, he was just a good guy overall i couldn’t recommend a better dentist, my name should be visible by the way in case he sees this, may God bless you and your family

After being in severe pain for three weeks in my mouth and after a visits to my regular dentist and a&e. I telephoned for an appointment feeling anxious and upset .The lady on the phone was so kind and caring she reassured me and was able to give me an appointment for the same day. I arrived at the dentist and was greeted by friendly staff on reception and then I was seen immediately. The dentist I saw was very kind and very reassuring and instantly made me feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of advice. I was sent away with antibiotics and given the next steps that I should take to investigate the pain. My only wish is that I lived closer to this dentist as I would definitely want to come here for my future dental treatment. Thank you to the dentist and nurse who looked after me when I visited your practice. I would definitely recommend this practice which has high standards or care, compassion and the knowledgeable dentist I saw.

Very easy booking process and rapid assessment. Was able to identify the issue very quickly and give me options for treatment. Compliments to the Dentist who recognised that a patient in pain may not be able to make a rapid decision so an option was included for this. Respected my decision and was able to extract the tooth with a little encouragement and i am now pain free.

Very professional from start to finish, I was made to feel at ease and everything was explained to me, including my options. I chose to have a tooth extracted, and it was a straight forward procedure. All done and dusted within 30 minutes. I would not hesitate to return to this practice if I need to in the future.
