Had to book an emergency appointment and was seen within 3 hours . Professional, friendly and dealt with the problem. I can’t recommend them highly enough

I booked an emergency appointment at Scott Arms Dental Practice following a recommendation and I was delighted by the service and care I received. I could not have wished for a better dentist as he took the time to listen to my concerns and put me at ease by explaining what he was going to do and what would happen. I was reassured every step of the way through his friendly, calm and confident manner and I will certainly be booking all my future appointments with him. In addition, the dental nurse was also friendly and supportive throughout my appointment and I hope she is available at all my future appointments the dentist. A first-class service all round.

This appointment was from 111 so I didn’t know what to expect, I ended up having to have an extraction the dentist and nurse were amazing kept me so calm. The ladies on the desk were friendly and got me a glucose drink as I was shaking afterwards. Lovely people made the experience very easy as this was my first time having any issues with my teeth. Thankyou x

I am fairly a new patient registered at the dental practice. The experience I have had at Scott Arms Dental practice has been beyond my expectations . If my previous dental practice was good ,then this one is excellent. I have been waiting for dental procedure to be done under sedation and implants too for the past three years of course delayed by the pandemic . My previous dental surgery did not have any qualified professionals to do procedures under sedation . So I was sent to two other practices at Solihull. None of them had trained professionals to do the procedure under sedation. It was a pleasant surprise when I chose Scott Arms purely on recommendation and met the pleasant Doctor ( one who does implants) who immediately explained all the steps in detail for my future treatment including the price. The reception staff were very friendly too. I have already had two procedures including one of them under sedation . This was done by another doctor who was ever so good. I am so happy to have chosen Scott Arms dental practice. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for dental treatment. regards Ajay Ramachandran

Knowledge and experience and made me feel at ease during the whole procedure , highly recommend. They were able to identify the issue and ensure the right treatment needed immediately, so friendly and extremely helpful.

Arrived early was greeted promptly and politely. Saw dentist almost immediately treatment was explained throughout procedure. All staff treated me with courtesy

Another brilliant visit - check up complete by my regular dentist followed by a session with the hygienist and being a nervous patient due to a painful past experience at my former dentist I was instantly put at ease and received pain free treatment and good advice - further treatment already booked. Excellent practice and professionalism shown by all members of staff.

Brilliant from start to finish! A small chunk of tooth fell out on a Saturday evening and I was convinced nothing could be done on a Sunday to resolve it. How wrong I was! A quick call at 10am on the morning and I was allocated an appointment for 12.30pm by a very helpful receptionist. I completed the required forms online ahead of the appointment having received them on email immediately after the phone call… easy! The dentist examined my mouth and explained to me what she thought had happened and the plan of action. She also told me of the costs associated with my appointment - I was aware all the way through that there would be a cost - and it wasn’t bank breaking either… by 1pm I was on my way home with my dental problem sorted! I’m so impressed I’m thinking of registering here on one of the dental plans. Thank you for sorting my tooth out!

I called and made an emergency appointment, as Im not registered here. I was looked after from the initial phone call to being seen by the dentist. I am a nervous patient but the dentist was brilliant. She really looked after me and made me feel calm. If I lived closer, I would love to register at this practice
