Once again I was seen promptly and efficiently. All the staff at the practice are friendly, helpful and professional. I was given all the information I needed to make any decisions needed regarding my teeth. First rate service with a smile.

I have a phobia and extremely nervous patient who avoids dentists. Pain and desperation led me to book, attended same day, waiting area makes you forget where you are with upbeat music and mesmerising fish tank. Reception staff and dentist were lovely, calm, patient and understanding. Treatment was quick and as comfortable as could be. Costs were upfront and no pressure so felt in control. I'm absolutely not converted but have found somewhere I can go without judgement.

Took my son who has sensory processing disorder as his tooth was loose, panicking as it was his adult tooth! These rust was amazing with him and really patient, he x rayed him and offered us options to help, even saying he would refer urgently to paediatric dental hospital to help! When he got the results from the x ray he was extatic as it was a large milk tooth! The service we had was absolutely fantastic and we are all now patients!!! Cannot speak highly enough 😊

As usual my experience with the practice was excellent. I have been a patient here for many years and, although nobody looks forward to a visit to the dentist, I have no fears. The service is exemplary. The staff are superb. My dentist takes the time to explain clearly the treatment needed and the issues. My recent visit (December 2023), was typical. Seen promptly by both hygienist and dentist, with the procedures being painless and not stressful. I would recommend the practice to anyone looking for a super service

I had an emergency on Xmas eve so had to attend. Really helpful and reassuring reception staff. The dentist was clear and gave me options and the dental nurse was so helpful and kind.

Fantastic service. I did all the paperwork online so no waiting around when you get there. The receptionist explained all the parking options. I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room, which was warm considering it was a freezing cold day. The Dentist was very calming, explaining the procedure as it was happening. I didn’t feel rushed, even when I felt very dizzy, I was given a glucose drink and as much time as needed to feel better. I had an infected crown and tooth removed. It was a big tooth that had to be sawn in half to be removed. Like I said, every strange noise or odd feeling was explained to me as it happened. When I was all done there was no rush to give me antibiotics or any silly creams or mouthwashes. ‘Let it try to heal itself’. The after treatment leaflet was very good, it was short and to the point. If you experience any sign of infection it explained what to do. I left the Dental practice very happy. I was a bit delirious but had no more pain.

Excellent service as always, also staff friendly and courteous. Dentists and Hygienists are usually very punctual on the already allocated appointment times.

It was my first time being treated here, from the moment I walked in I was greated politely by reception staff. The dentist that treated me put me at ease, explained everything that she was doing, was lovely and friendly. I had a fear of dentist due to a previous experience but after visiting your practice last night and the care I received this is not the case anymore. I would highly recommend your practice and it will be my first point of call if I require further treatment
