Got appointment very quickly after breaking a tooth. The tooth sorted out on my visit. Very efficient Bay professional no problems at all

All staff are very helpful and friendly. Dentist always puts me at ease, explains the treatment in detail and makes sure I'm in agreement.

I had an emergency appointment and I have been given the antibiotics treatment. The staff was very informative and welcoming.

The dentist was lovely she explained everything clearly and I felt she took her time and did a thorough examination. The reception staff are always lovely friendly and helpful too. Thank you!

The dentist introduced herself and the dental nurse to me, she was pleasant and put me at ease. The inspection was done efficiently and with care. The dentist was very professional throughout my appointment, and also very gentle.

Excellent customer service provided by very friendly staff throughout. I’m sure visiting the dentist isn’t anyones chosen day out but it makes such a huge difference to be greeted and treated in such a professional and friendly manner, definitely putting me at ease during my visit as always :-)

A great practice all round and would highly recommend to anyone. Always friendly, professional and advised you on any treatment necessary. Wonderful with kids in building there confidence to see the dentist.

The practice was well presented and the receptionist very welcoming. Arrived early but only waited 5 minuites to be seen. A pleasant experience.

The practice before COVID was daunting, and we didn't like going at all. Since COVID it's improved immeasurably. The dentists and hygienists are all very good, providing excellent care. The girls on reception are friendly and helpful, always reassuring and encouraging. We feel at ease now when we attend the practice, and have no difficulty in recommending this National Health service. Keep up the good work!
