Waited 40 minutes despite having an appointment booked. Was also told I couldn’t book a subsequent check up as they weren’t taking appointments

I waited 40 minutes to be seen but understand they are understaffed. The dentist was brilliant and very gentle. Dentist got me a few future appts that are needed to prevent further delay. She was great.

Having waited for an appointment due to the lack of dentists working for the NHS I finally got to see the new dentist at the practice for treatment, great experience from start to finish and so glad the new colourful dentist is here to stay from the dental nurse to receptionist all very professional.
