Money grabbing man! Told me i cannot have Rct on the Nhs when it clearly states on the Nhs website you can, he worms his way out by saying its a back tooth this is not covered, i will send you to the specialist practice in Edgbaston. His other practice and they charge thousands for it when its like £75 on Nhs. Times are hard and we are in a cost of living crisis but this guy just want to steel for poor people. His rude, he shouts to patients and his staff, his breath stinks so he needs to work on his own teeth or gums. typical example of a greedy pig. Avoid at all costs

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback & we are very upset to see you were not happy with our service. Our clinicians offer a variety of treatment options to our all patients, then it is fully their choice which avenue they decide to take. Certainly, root canal treatment is available on the NHS, However in this situation the tooth requiring treatment was right at the back of the mouth and it was a complex tooth to treat. In view of this you were offered the opportunity to book an appointment with the Specialist Endodontist.This is beneficial in cases where the tooth needs immediate attention, to give it the best chance possible. For you, Dr Shoja-Assadi offered the quickest referral to an endodontist he is familiar with, whose work he is confident in, which happens to be in Edgbaston. Alternatively, we are also able to send you a referral to any clinic of your choosing for your root canal procedure to be carried out should they be able to do it. You also have the option of visiting another NHS clinic for a second opinion should you wish. We hope this response has helped clarify the situation. I'm a very nervous patient, i haven't been to a dentist in 10 years and heard great things about this dentist so i joined and i cant thank them enough. explained everything in in a way i would understand and showed me examples. 100% recommend

All dental staff are great, helpful and kind. Very caring and professional. I just had my braces off and my teeth look absolutely amazing!
