Contacted them last week got a prompt appointment this week the receptionist staff are brilliant! The dentist and the support nurse was so professional and showed great empathy. Luck I found this practice after my old one went private only. Keep up the excellent service

Had an appointment today with Dentist at 5:15pm Got there 15mins ahead of time. I was in the practice 5 mins when a lady went into see her dentist, when a man started to loudly complain about the lady pushing in front of him by saying his appointment was at 4:45pm ( He was later told by front desk staff that his appointment was in fact booked in on their system for 5:45pm not 4:45pm) Once the lady came out from seeing dentist, this man was called in next. I did ask a receptionist how has he managed to jump in front of the queue when my appointment was 5:15pm and his appointment at 5:45pm. I was told she didn't know and I would be next. This man was in with the dentist for over 30 minutes, meaning I had been waiting for well over an hour to be seen. I did speak to another woman about what happened, she said she would speak to the dentist. We was finally seen about 5:55pm. Still don't understand how this gentleman managed to push in front after complaining about an earlier woman who he though pushed in front. Really the practice should abide by their booking system and not allow patients to push in front when they're not happy. Once the lady came out about 5:30ish

My husband a problem with toothache. The surgery saw him within a short time and sorted the problem out. Once again excellent service by the whole practice. The receptionist was polite, friendly and helpful. The dentist and nurse were very understanding and were only too pleased to help. Well done Short Heath Dental Practice as always.

Visited today, was very nervous on going, but dentist and nurses but me to ease, had a filling in front tooth,scale and polish,didn’t feel a thing , brillant dental practice Recommend to anyone ,

New dentist to me, same day emergency appointment which is rare at present with situation in dentistry throughout country. I have always found dentists extremely rushed in-compassion places but I can honestly say I’ve attended my first dentist in my adult life that all staff appeared friendly and helpful and time given correcting my emergency problem. Very clean new build with smart professional staff with good, pleasant communication. Would recommend.

The refurbishment of the practice is excellent. Once again my husband and I received top class friendly treatment from all concerned. We highly recommend the practice. See you in six months.

Had appointment at 4.00 pm arrived at 3.59, was out n done by 4.09 excellent 2 teeth pulled no problem!!

My first visit made me wait over an hour, eventually I left without being seen. 2nd visit, booked in with same dentist as 1st appointment. Little to my knowledge He was a private dentist. I twigged it when He was quoting £££ for a crown. As I have a payment plan with a company that will reimburse NHS charges, a checkup fee could not be claimed because the Dentist was private! The Practice should make patients fully aware of which dentists are private and which are NHS when booking. Not impressed.

First time here, went for check up,also needed broken tooth removed, Very nice dentist said he could repair with Crown, said just want it removing, did it there and then,No pain whatsoever. Great treatment.
