Staff here have always been brilliant dealing with appointments. I had a tooth extraction, the dentist was excellent made me feel at ease as I told them I was nervous. He explained everything before he started so nothing came as a surprise, checking in on me throughout and checking I didn't need a break. I was so nice having such a positive experience when I was feeling so nervous.

I have never come across receptionists and front line staff who are so rude and who look as if they have lost the will to live. They are even rude on the phone. It doesn't give you any confidence in anything else they do. Dental care in general is adequate.

Rude and politely asked to see a different dentist because I was hard of hearing, completely ignored me and hadn't acknowledged a word I said. Rude rude rude.
