I attended Smile Dental practice, first time in five years. The dentist was very kind and attentive. She took X-rays as I have not been there in over five years and I am glad she did as there was some tooth decay and a small hole in an awkward area in my front side tooth. She advised I would need filling and she would have to drill a bit to get to the area. she was very calming and reassuring throughout the whole process as I was a bit unnerved about the procedure. She placed the filling in. I have had the filling for about two weeks now and every since getting it I have not been able to eat on the right side of my mouth because that area is sensitive I have to eat just on the left side which can be exhausting. I have never had filling before and don't think this is normal. I don't think it should be sensitive and I should be able to eat on that side where the filling is but I am currently unable to do so. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks :)

Keep cancelling my appointments. Now cancelled 3 times in a row, with rescheduled appointments in 2 weeks - so waiting 2 months to be seen for a dental clinic is unacceptable. They cancelling NHS client appointments and replace them with appointments for people who are willing to pay for private. Absolutely appalled, i hope to finish what needs to be done with my tooth there at some point, because it's already been paid for, and then will run from them as far as i can!! Keep away at all costs!!!!!

So surprised they were open Christmas eve. Had severe tooth ache. Was seen with in ten minutes. The staff where friendly and approachable. They saved my familys Christmas. Thank you
