Dentist and nurse were both very patient and took their time due to my anxiety. Explained things and took all concerns on board. Would definitely recommend

  4. Review titled Dissapointed

Rated 2 stars out of 5

My crown after 10 years fell off so I booked appointment for recementing. (Front tooth) I get emergency appointment after 4 days. Dentist was very nice and polite - all visit was 10 minutes. After 1 mnth the tooth start to move and felt out again so I called them and explainedthe situation. Very nice receptionist told me if that happend after so short time I will get recementing it in no cost - just need to call after weekend cose their system was not working at the moment . When I called them back I was told I need to book a new appointment and pay for consultation. I was upsed do I went there and asked to talk with menager cose I understand I need to booked new appointment but after a 6mnth or year - not a month. I paid 180£ for 10 min recementing and after a month I need to pay again? Receptionist was very nice and polite but she couldn't do anything. Menager told me that even If it will fell out after a day I will need to pay again. I really like that pleace and was planing to stay there but looking for another pleace now. I'm very disappointed that they don't taking responsibilities and treated me that way :( it's not 10£ cost you can do it over and over. We get quarant everywhere- where we buy staff or repair the car, why not dentist? Really upsed. ..

  5. Review titled Amazing dentist

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Susan Sawyer - Posted on 03 May 2023

I am a patient who is terrified of dentist and when I say terrified I mean petrified. I recently had a traumatic experience due to the length of time and complications of an extraction which I did not deal well with. Since the I have had more preventative treatment at the Smile practice town end of Norwich Road Ipswich. The reception staff are always pleasant and accommodating but my dentist is amazing (only wish I could name him on here). His empathy understanding calming influence and patient focus was outstanding. He has done an amazing dentistry job on my teeth. His patience with me has been incredible and I can't praise him enough - he has put up me crying and took the procedures slowly reassuring me every step of the way. I am still petrified of dentists but couldn't be in better hands. Just think he is brilliant.

  6. Review titled Your recent appointment

Rated 4 stars out of 5

I was able to get an emergency appointment within 3 working days for a broken/chipped tooth. Part of a crowned tooth had broken away, but was very promptly repaired. The entire appointment took perhaps 15 minutes, and was virtually painless.
