  1. Review titled 5* Stars NHS dentist

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Ali Aleem - Posted on 11 October 2024

Today I have visited Smile Kensington. I am a very nervous patient. It was a very relaxing experience from the start to the finish. The entire team is so warm, compassionate and knowledgeable. The receptionist was very welcoming, and helped me in filling the registration form. The practice is very clean and looked hygienic. I really felt they cared about my situation and took genuine pride in their work. They knew exactly how to address all the problems and gave me answers that other dentists had missed which will now help me to care for my teeth better in future. The nurse was very supportive and friendly. I feel so lucky to have found this dentist and hold the deepest gratitude for their kindness and expertise. Thank you. I look forward to seeing you again!

  2. Review titled Love you Smile Kensington

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I am just writing to express my sincere thanks to you, and your team for looking after me so well on Friday. Having a wisdom tooth extracted is never going to be a pleasant experience but you all did your very best to ensure that it was undertaken in an informed, professional and pain free manner. To have the time to allow me to ask questions before and after the procedure was very reassuring. Thank you also for enquiring with follow up call to me Thank you is a small word to describe all that you have given to me over this past year. Thank you for the special treatment without any pain. It was the opposite of my previous experiences. I made a global transformation by learning to love my visits to your clinic. Thank you for the special love, care, lovely smiles and specially by taking responsibility for everything that relates to your patient. I will never forget it and this taste will stay with me for ever. Thank you very much.

  3. Review titled Excellent service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

As it has been patient over few years that I have attended the dentist, I registered with Smile Kensington and I have been met with a great experience each time, down to the reception team and the dental professionals. I have to say since the new management took-over two years ago, the practice looks more clean, tidy and smell fresh. the surgery looks very hygienic and they always bring the instrument that they examine my teeth with from sealed bags and they open the seal in front of me. The receptionist and nurses are very friendly and very professional. Dentists are very good at making me feel at ease and talking me through each action they were taking when carrying out the treatment. I felt so at ease and relaxed that I almost fell asleep mid treatment lol - but honestly Dentist and her nurse are great, very professional and give great advice regarding looking after my teeth and I would hope that I encounter these professional treatment every time I visit the practice :)

I had a great experience at this dental practice. Booking an appointment was very easy and convenient. receptionist was very helpful. I could choose the date and time that suited me best. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process. The dentist was professional and gentle. They explained everything clearly and did a thorough job. I was very satisfied with the results and would recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care.

  7. Review titled Very poor service

Rated 1 star out of 5

I had already consulted with this clinic before, and everything was always perfect. Meanwhile, I found out that the dentist I always consulted with unfortunately no longer works at this clinic. I came to this clinic to perform just a small restoration of my molar tooth. The dentist performed a terrible service. The impression I have is that my tooth is still broken. I will probably have to look for another clinic to correct the problem. I paid £264 for a minor restoration. Although I had all my treatment privately, I didn't understand why the clinic made me sign an NHS form entitled "Personal Dental Treatment Plan". If I paid for a private service, what is the point of making me sign an NHS treatment form? I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
