    Extremely delayed for appointments and most of the times reception mistake to tick you off the web and told you after half an hour that you can’t be seen and blame it to be your mistake . They have done this twice to me while I was on time . So I wouldn’t waste my time anymore they don’t have respect for your time but pretend as if they care about time the most and has all the policies . Staff at reception is so rude . And than when you tell them the truth they told you it’s your mistake .

    I attended the practice for a hour long appointment in surgery 3 which was carried out with great care. The dentist was very gentle and caring.

    Myself, my husband and my 5 year old son attended for a family appointment. The dentist was welcoming, polite and explained everything. It was my sons first time at the dentist and they made him feel at ease and explained everything they were doing. He left with a big smile on his face and a sticker and is excited to go back. Would highly recommend.

    Have spent in total 3hrs waiting to get through. Today (17/7) have been on for 1hr 20 minutes, and have been number 1 in the queue for 40 minutes. They ask you to press 9 to leave a message but it doesn't work...says 'sorry I didn't get that'..... I'm now at 1hr 25 minutes and still number 1 in the queue...not a great experience.

    One of the receptionists is incredibly rude. Twice I have interacted with her and twice she has spoken to me like dirt. The first time I was just checking in, the second time I had a telephone query. She needs to work on her telephone manner or reconsider her career if she doesn’t like people. Other members of staff are lovely, however one of them completely ruins it for everyone else. Rude, abrupt, takes 30 minutes to answer the phone and then incredibly unhelpful!
