I recently had a root canal treatment done by D a n a and her assistant v e r o n I c a at Smile Care Dental, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. D a n a is an absolute professional, highly skilled, and thorough in her approach. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which put me at ease. During the treatment, I was impressed by Dr. gentle and precise work. I experienced minimal discomfort, and her attention to detail was clear from start to finish. Her assistant was also wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive to my needs throughout the appointment. The Smile Care Dental team truly exceeded my expectations, and I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines skill, compassion, and professionalism, I highly recommend . Thank you for making what can be a daunting experience so comfortable!

  2. Review titled Exceptional treatment, practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I was referred from my own dental practice for specialist endodontal (re-root canal) work. There were complexities in my treatment which the reception staff were so helpful and understanding at dealing with. The whole experience of what is a long and scary procedure for a very nervous patient was beautifully managed. The endodontist and nurse were so very calm, spacious and gentle, that I immediately knew I was in safe hands. Like many of us, I have had some less than good experiences, from a time when perhaps techniques were different, including the anaesthesia used. I had no pain during the treatment, and was so aware that the dentist's hands were kind, as well as skilful and precise. Above all, there was no sense of rush from either the nurse or the dentist Thank you to everyone in the practice
