Very rushed, heavy handed dentist. Had to ask several times if they could be more gentle but took this as an offence. Hard to understand what she was saying as there was a language barrier & had a mask on when masks are not nessacery any longer. Didn't explain treatment needed or what the next step could be. Discussed being referred to an NHS specialist but was very opinionated about this & tried to push a private practice on me which felt abit biased. Did not find them very professional even the helper had a face like thunder didn't speak or make you feel at ease or comfortable. Tried to discuss with the receptionist but as they hadn't apparently as no one had complained before Did not see it as an issue. Asked if I could be referred to another dentist & although the same practice & the dentists do not work independently it's not allowed. If I did see another another dentist I would have to pay for another consultation how does that work when all the notes are there, it's the same practise. Feel very let down by this dentist Not welcoming, not friendly, have to pay up front for all treatments no matter what! I would not recommend this dentist at all

have been trying to get an appointment since before October 2022 and they never answer the phone nor do they respond to the online booking request form. I have attempted to contact them over 20 times and have never received a response!
