The lady at reception with glasses and shorts hair was very nice, helpful and friendly as always. Never had any problems booking an appointment with this lady at all.

As a support worker I deal with multiple organisations and services. Your reception staff enigma was the most professional, kind and understanding we have dealt with in a long time. She was so friendly. The petite, beautiful girl with glasses and short jet black hair, took our young adult we support in for xrays and really calmed her down. She struggled so much but your staff was just amazing. She showed such patience and compassion to relax our young person who was so scared and cannot cope in public settings she had at one point started crying. Every interaction with this multi-lingual staff was above and beyond what we have had anywhere. Without hesitation I'd ask to deal with her again. A real credit to your establishment.

I registered my mum today after trying at numerous places non stop for two years unsuccessfully. Although her new appointment is in may 2025 I believe it's worth the wait. The super kind Receptionist gave me all the info I needed to even though she was putting the shutters up and the practice wasn't even open at 8.20 Saturday morning. I called this morning and spoke to same well spoken, articulate and polite girl who remembered me. It was such a simple process after she gave me her own personal time on Saturday. I just want to say you're one in a million and have unbelievable good customer service and such a kind heart. The many wonderful Google reviews I read about you on your practice site are exactly true although I didn't think there were so many ways to spell your name. Surprisingly looking forward to taking my mum to her first appointment.

My wife went to your practice yesterday afternoonto register with my son. The lady who i spoke to when my wife couldn't give our universalcredit information was just excellent. My wife said she was petite with short black hair and glasses and politely translated in Bengali for her. When I spoke to her she gave me clear and exact instructions which was amazing. We don't get this much information or help even if we ask in places. Kindly pass on the gratitude and appreciation. She is a honest genuine and kind person my wife left your surgery feeling really valued.

After speaking to Nhs 111 was given phone numbers of five dentists to call. Last on my list I wasn't hopeful. The other four were just plain rude or unhelpful or both! I needed an appointment urgently and spoke to a genuinely concerned and actually helpful lady today. Well spoken and polite she gave me unbiased help and advice and addressed me so kindly as madam until I gave her my name. Disappointed I was unable to register my Son who had a hc3 exemption I was still able to register my daughter who receives jobseekers and get an appointment for next week which was my main concern as she has been in pain for days unable to sleep. The receptionist showed real concern for my difficulty now exceeding a whole year to find a dentist. She didn't rush me off the line although I heard she was busy and had to hold the line a couple times. she answered all my queries and even supported me to check my daughter's exemption. Best customer care and telephone manner I've come across in years. I hope all the staff are this impressive when we come in for our appointment. Many thanks from us all.

My aunt had been in for an appointmentand wasn'table to leave a Google review and insisted I leave feedback for the little lady with glasses and short curly hair, she described her as the kindest staff she's met anywhere. She translated in Urdu for her at the reception and at her appointment upstairs. She made my aunt feel like it was no trouble to help and explained everything from her benefits to the aftercare her dentist had given her. My aunt usually avoids the dentist and says ig that staff is there she won't need to panic and cancel her appointment. I cannot believe one member of staff has changed my aunt's view so much. Such a big thanks from all the family.

I had to pop on my way home from work to change an appointment for my 21yr old son who newly registered at your practice but was called into work at the last minute. Incidentally from her name badge I was dealt with by the receptionist he had spoken so highly of. He praised how she explained a hc1 exemption and his universal credit so kindly and patiently to him. He has a speech impediment and is often treated rather disgracefully and appallingly on the telephone by people. Your staff member was phenomenal. Although I am a midwife I had no idea systems and benefits had changed so much and was unable to help myself. After meeting your staff in person yesterday afternoon on 18/07/24 I really was in awe. She had a trendy little braid, was so articulate, well spoken and genuinely kind towards all your patients. I'd be glad if my team were this impressive. Absolute pleasure to speak to.

your staff lady at front of your dentist name like song in Urdu little lady with glasses and sound like she is english lady helped my mom i was at school and no one was free to go with her she said she treat her so nicely ecplain everything english and Urdu my mom scared of going now she not any more she say lady like her favrite person now she so happy she can get pain and problen all fixed now

Had the pleasure of speaking to the delightful receptionist who was incredibly knowledgeable friendly and as well mannered as she was beautiful with short curly hair and glasses. I was explained all the charges and terms of registering as a new patient. I was given so much attention and genuine empathy for my terrible situation without being made to feel pressured or discriminated against. This lady should be a therapist! I felt so comfortable speaking to this receptionist who explained the process fully for me and also benefits my mother, now a pensioner would be able to look into to help her with treatment costs. All this despite being ludicrously busy and seeing to other patients at the same as us. Cannot express the gratitude for the level of unbiased and honestly helpful assistance I was offered. In stark contrast to every other local practice I had enquired at over the last few months! A huge thank you from myself and my mother. We'll definitely ask for you when I come in again. Simply phenomenal customer service! Nothing of an enigma as your name may suggest. Concise and clear information from start to finish. Just marvellous!
