Hi, actually I went to NHS dentist on my appointment with my wife. Staff was good but Dr didn’t clean my teeth properly and she said you have to come again after 6 months. I mean if you are taking 26 quid and you not doing it properly that’s not fair. Sorry if you feel bad but that’s the truth. Regards, Muhammad Noor

The practice looks after the NHS patient so well. The staff is polite, efficient and courteous. The clinicians see you promptly on time, do not rush, take time to explain the treatment choices and value patient participation in decision making. The practice is clean, quiet and calming place. I was offered the same day emergency appointment. How amazing is that? I had to ring around approx. 20 practices before I was accepted by this practice as an NHS patient. Excellent practice, excellent staff and clinicians.

I found the place very neat and comfortable and received very good quality service. I needed immediate solution of my gum infection problem for which I could not wait longer. I was provided the service when I needed to the best of my satisfaction.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Doctors are very kind and helpful. I was really in a fix as what to do with my trouble tooth.Young doctor really helped me make an informed decision through thorough discussion.I wasn't rushed at all.Highly satisfied.

I went for the first time as I needed fillings done and general checkup. I was told that it will be £75.00 and I agreed. The lady dentist seems friendly and after checkup where 4/5 x-rays were taken out, nothing else was done and I was quoted £75.00 which I think was very steep. For everything to be done including crown and fillings I was quoted over £1500 which she said was going to be part private and part nhs. I paid £200 towards the continuation of my treatment but when I spoke to some people later they said that the bill I was quoted was very high. I spoke to the receptionist and let her know that I did not want to continue and if they could refund me £125 from the £200 I had paid. She asked for card number and later I got an email asking me to give my account details to them. I called them to give my account details. After nearly three days nothing has been refunded. I called them today and receptionist said that the manager does the refunds. I was not happy about it. I emailed them to ask for my refund and the reply I got was that the Hounslow branch does the refunds. All I've got from them is excuses to delay giving me my money back. These people are very quick to take your money but are very reluctant to refund when the money is not theirs to keep. I would never recommend this dental place to anyone. I'm very disappointed and annoyed and I wish I had never gone to this practice.

I attended this dental surgery which is pretty busy. However, I was seen shortly on my appointment time. The hygienist and his assistant were very professional and the hygenist kept on informing me what he was doing and finding out about plaque in my teeth. Lastly, he recommended a water flossing equipment to use to maintain my teeth. Good service.
