My dentist was amazing she knew instantly that I was very nervous and she was patient and kind and explain everything very clearly

It is a sad state of affairs when you need to start taking payment upfront . I had to pay twice when the whole bill could have been settled as one invoice.

Such a lovely warm friendly guy who gave honest and practical advice on looking after my gums. Straight to the point no nonsense and highly intelligent and informative.

Had to attend the surgery with an emergency appointment given a wisdom tooth rupture resulting in a suspected infection. Brilliant Dentist treated me, he was so sympathetic, professional and caring. Listened to my concerns and promptly treated me. A prompt and professional approach!

Recently needed to see my regular dentist asap but no appointments were available for over a month later. Receptionist asked me relevant questions resulting in an appointment the following day. That's what I call outstanding customer service!

Very good service, very welcomed. Every time I visited I was looked after very well. My last visit was due to pain in my loose tooth, my dentist carefully dealt with it and advised me further action to avoid any tooth problems. Highly recommended.

Great service. Responded quickly for same day emergency treatment and I was seen within 4 hours of requesting appointment. Swift and friendly service and sorted my issue out. Would recommend.
