I really like Springfield as the staff are great. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the dentist and nurses are the same. I always feel they listen to your concerns and explain everything

As always I got a warm welcome from the reception staff, and didn't have long to wait before I was called in. My regular dentist was away and so had a different lady, who was very nice and reassuring. They looked after me very well.

I was due to attend an appointment last Wednesday, to fit a new crown. However, I was told beforehand that the dentist needed to take a new impression instead. This meant that I would need a second appointment to fit the crown, but reception refused to arrange one. In the event I had to cancel my appointment because I caught Covid. Reception attached a new appointment, but only one , not two, and in early June.

My wife and I have been with Springfield for a number of years, the staff and dentists have always been courteous, pleasant and professional. My wife is very nervous and subject to panic attacks but says she is always put at ease and the treatment is always at a pace that suits her. All in all an excellent practice we could not be happier with the care we have received.

The whole experience was excellent! I rang at 10am and underwent treatment at 2pm. In addition, it was all courtesy of the NHS! 10/10!

We have been coming here for years and have always been pleased with the treatment we received. My children have really benefitted from the treatment they have received and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Springfield Dental clinic ..always proffesional and curtious from the lovely reception ladies to the amazing dentists who always put you at ease never judgemental everything they do is explained so well it really is a great dental clinic highly recommend them.
