My children have been coming to Springfield dentist for many years and have always had a an exceptionally positive experience. The staff are professional and welcoming. We have never had any problems getting an appointment and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

After a couple of months of toothache I finally had the offending tooth removed yesterday. It was a struggle due to its size but I left with the job successfully completed and pain free. Sorted.

I called at 10.00am and was leaving the dentist premises at 11.40am having had a lost filling replacement. You can't get a better service than that!

I have had two appointments recently and the whole of the staff I have dealt with have been very polite, courteous and explained to me what need to happen. At my first appointment, I was unable to have some X-rays because I was struggling to put the films in my mouth. For me, it was embarrassing, but I was treated with care and respect and I'm really grateful for that.

My appointment as usual was trouble free. Receptionists were friendly and I felt completely comfortable. Treatment was good and I was given sound advice from my dentist with regard to caring for my teeth.

Obviously not the most people's favourite place to visit but the staff could not put you more at ease. Always pleasant and sympathetic and explain everything re any procedure.
