The dentist is nice but people from this surgery are coming late to work - the appointments are late with no respect for people that they need to go to work and get on with their lives. If they are not happy to do their job properly and the times they supposed to, you should employ new people!

The receptionist/ dental nurse is reassuring plus friendly. The dentist was thorough & gave me a good clean too. Given me advice on an electric toothbrush.

I called to make an emergency appointment due to tooth pain I have been experiencing. I wasn’t sure if I was still registered as hadn’t been for a while but she said I was. She then asked if the last time I had seen a dentist was the last time I was with them and I said yes. She then said “shame on you”……now what she doesn’t know is that I have extreme anxiety around the dentist and it took me 2 hours to work myself up to even make the call! And then for her to pass judgment on me is shocking! I am now dreading going for my appointment even more than I originally was. Where is the care and compassion for the patients?! Surely if someone has t been for that long it could be for many reasons, fears, affordability, serious illness?! How dare she judge someone without knowing the circumstances. I don’t think I will go back after this appointment. I will look elsewhere.

The dentist was amazing. I’m always nervous with anything dental. He made me feel comfortable and at easy. His work was really good.

I’ve had issues with other dentist because I have long teeth and roots and they have all struggled getting my teeth out. But they lady I see had no problems and was done quickly she done an amazing job!

Both the dentist and the nurse were lovely. They took their time with my family, explaining everything as they went along. Showing lots of empathy and compassion.
