Started with a mouth like a grave yard and finished with wonderfully comfortable painless teeth having had great advise and even better treatment

My second visit for route canal treatment. The dentist explained the procedure and put me at ease once again. The staff are friendly and I received a phone call the next day to check all was well.

Today I had appointments with both the Dentist and Hygienist, for my 6mth check up. Upon entering the practice, the Receptionists are always happy to help. My dentist and hygienist are very meticulous, caring and very considerate. I wouldn't go to any other practice. The whole practice is absolutely spotlessly clean. Credit to all staff.

This was my first experience of having work done on my teeth at st James and I was extremely happy with the care I received and the quality of the end result which was amazing.

I broke a tooth and phoned the practice as a new customer. They fit me in after I’d finished work which was fantastic. I’m now booked for follow ups to get my teeth and gums back to a healthy state. I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

I've attended St. James' Dental Practice for many years and I'm always impressed by the sense of personal service. The welcome at reception is personal and friendly and I value that the dentist explains the treatment, both initially and as it proceeds. The assistant anticipates the procedure and is ready to provide whatever the dentist needs at that moment, so I always feel a sense of real teamwork and care.

I had a dental emergency, which turned out to be a false alarm, but the receptionist provided me with an appointment with my dentist almost right away (within 3 day's time as it was a Saturday) and the dentist made sure I left the surgery reassured and positive. Great customer service!

My husband has been receiving treatment for a new implant tooth. Both of us have been included in learning about what each appointment would be, what to expect and the aftercare. Despite my husbands nervousness of needles and dental procedures the dentist was reassuring and patient. Follow up phone calls and reminders of appointments mean this is a well run and considerate, friendly dental practice.
