   This practice has gone downhill over the years and sadly profits are now more important than patient care. My last two Band 1 NHS appointments were charged at the Band 2 price without consent or good justification. And the last filling I had broke the next day, then again after 5 months, and rather than honour the 12-month guarantee, they had the cheek to suggest I pay for a private appointment to get it fixed. Another dentist elsewhere explained why the St Leonards approach was never going to work and has tried a different method.
