I received a message from practice to say I am due for an appointment and to get in contact to book “ to remain a patient at the practice”!!! I’ve been trying to contact the practice by phone for over three months to no avail!!! Today I went down in person and waited at the reception for over 20 minutes, i ended up leaving without being seen and still no appointment made. Completely unacceptable!!!

I received a text message for me to make appointments for my family. I have tried multiple times to call and make an appointment and each time no one answers the phone and I can’t leave a message on the message recorder because it is ‘full’. This has been so for weeks now. Something is wrong with this dentist- it never used to be this bad. Earlier this year, there was a really good woman at the reception desk- appointments were running much more efficiently. Are they trying to get rid of all nhs patients by making us lapse on our checkups?

Recently got a message from Station Plaza Dentist telling me if I did not make an appointment with them soon they would remove me from their books. Why I don't know as I have attended their surgery several times recently.I have been unable to make said appointment because they never ever answer the phone and will not respond to several e-mails and texts I have sent them. Absolute disgrace.

I have received a reminder to book an appointment but have tried multiple times to book and the phone is never answered I sent a message several weeks ago with no response and now get a message saying the inbox is full

If it's not bad enough she stank of cigarettes she missed that an abscess wasn't draining. She was told I was driving just under 3000 miles to collect my son who is abroad. Abscess flared up massively restricting my vision a d causing me severe pain. Unable to drive is home. Thankfully a local dentist did her job for her.preacribes me.anti biotics and I'm seeing them again next month to remove my tooth. my family and I will be coming abroad for dental care.its far superior

I am a newly registered adult NHS patient at this practice. My initial contacts and queries were promptly answered fully by email. Once I had registered I was quickly given an appointment for a check up with a dental therapist. I was then given an appointment for the following day with a dentist to see about an issue identified with one of my teeth. The dentist took time to explain what the issue was and gave me options for the way forward. This resulted in a joint decision to leave well alone rather than an intervention now which may cause a problem. I thought this was a sensible, pragmatic approach and felt that was the best way forward at this stage. I am very satisfied with the treatment I have received.

This practice had improved alot from the times when the phone lines sent you up and down the queue and back again… this went on for months and months. But now we have an issue with the appointment screen.. this has not been working for at least a month. Those with poor hearing are so compromised. Surely someone can push this more?
