I had a tooth extraction a week ago, but was worried that had pains on the left side of my face, shooting up to my left ear. Socket appeared to be healing well. Did I have an ear infection or was it the extraction causing the pain? I was reassured that all was well and that I did not have an ear infection, but that after another week it should all settle down. A temporary antiseptic dressing was applied to the area. The pains are now lessening and I should have waited a while! But had an immediate response when I worriedly rang the dental surgery. Thank you very much.

Having been in agony all weekend and with a very swollen face my dentist saw me straightaway and prescribed antibiotics. I then returned later the same day and had tooth extracted and infection drained. It was a very difficult extraction as tooth had broken off at gum level some time ago but was successfully removed. Throughout the procedure my dentist explained how it was going and checked I was ok. Very professional and caring.

The dentist did a thorough examination. She was professional, friendly and put me at ease. I was given good advice on caring for my teeth. Very happy to have found an excellent new NHS dentist.

I’ve recently been for a check up, and found it to be good all round experience, efficient, friendly, and effective. I received good advice on maintaining my teeth, and what to look out for.

As always I was treated with kindness and respect by the hygeinist - who is always very thorough and professional gave me some good guidance to improve my oral hygiene..

The confirmation of the 'care plan' via email afterwards helps me understand what's ahead. There are a couple of procedures that I need to undergo, (a replacement crown and I clearly know what they are, what each will cost and I was previously given options re NHS or private.

I was running over 10 minutes late for my appointment and notified the receptionist by phone. They were really understanding. I experienced a very thorough check on the day.
