The best dental experience I have had to endure. Considerate, kind and understanding. Even with a problem with one of the surgery rooms and a stand in pop up room was created you would expect some small problem but there was not. The situation of change was handled very professionally.

I was so nervous to start of with but the staff made me feel completely at ease! So pleased to have found this dental practice. I fully reccomend this place and the staff!

Visited the practice in April for a crown and was told I would receive a phone call within a couple of days just to check up that all was ok. The practice were also to look at fitting a couple of implants (at significant cost to me - plus presumably decent financial gain for the dental practice). The promised call did not come so I rang them a day or two later to be told that the dentist was very busy but would endeavour to call. I explained at the time that I still cannot chew on that side of my mouth due to pain with the crown. I have phoned on several occasions in the intervening period and always had the same explanation - the dentist is busy but would try to call when they have time. I still cannot chew on that side of my mouth (and this is now three months on!) and the phone call has never arrived. Any business can look good when things are going well. The real test is what happens when things are not going so well. On this front the practice has failed dismally on this occasion.

Friendly staff, reception and dentist. The dentist was very professional and kind. An alltogether positive experience, would definitely recommend.

As a new and very anxious patient I was treated with great respect and the dentist was extremely patient and caring . I needed an unexpected urgent appointment which they found me quickly and my treatment was excellent.

Very Impressed with the service I received and so pleased to have been able to join this surgery all staff friendly polite and caring the dentist had excellent patient skills and made you feel at ease would most definitely recommend

This was my first appointment since the practice changed ownership. Just for a checkup and all was okay. Very please staff and overall a nice experience. Things to note is that they have now have an online booking sytem and for the summer they have aircon. Parking nearby roads only.
