As always I was treated with kindness and respect by the hygeinist - who is always very thorough and professional gave me some good guidance to improve my oral hygiene..

The confirmation of the 'care plan' via email afterwards helps me understand what's ahead. There are a couple of procedures that I need to undergo, (a replacement crown and I clearly know what they are, what each will cost and I was previously given options re NHS or private.

I was running over 10 minutes late for my appointment and notified the receptionist by phone. They were really understanding. I experienced a very thorough check on the day.

Given an appointment within 2 days to repair a broken tooth, I was expecting an appraisal and return for treatment but the dentist carried out the necessary work immediately

I was in for my annual check up. The staff were all very friendly. I was taken bang on my appointment time. I felt reassured that my teeth were ok.

At my six monthly review, it was noticed that a redundant root from a former big back tooth was moving after many years, had extruded from the outer gum and was pressing on jawbone. My dentist recommended fairly prompt removal, and two days later this was done. After the numbing injections I felt no pain at all and the procedure took less than 15 minutes. I was very pleased. It is healing well and I should have no further problems.

I could not have received better treatment.I had a really bad tooth that need to come out. They were so nice very caring but I had to wait till next week to have it out, all of a sudden the dentist called me back in and said she could not see me go through the weekend in pain so she would take it out now. Where could you get better treatment than

Fabulous experience on my dentist check up very thorough procedure.Everyone so cheerful on arrival and the Dentist, absolutely the best thing that has happened to the practice 👏👏
