I was delighted to be offered an appointment within a week. Treatment included x-ray, injections and prompt removal of infected tooth. I received clear instructions for follow -up procedure. Treatment was quick and relatively painless!

I had a cosmetic/orthodontal issue - excellent communication via email to organise appt & procedure - very prompt service & the procedure was quick & efficient - very pleased!

Modern, well equipped, highly professional but most importantly considerate and friendly. The Hygienist is amazing such that the Dentists don't seem to have much to do but when they do it is cutting edge.

Having a new crown made and fitted which took longer than expected because the manufacturer did not deliver it on time as ordered by the practice. The practice fitted me into a very busy schedule without any fuss.

Very helpful and professional service. Reception is very organised, efficient and caring. Although they are very busy they do their very best to fit you in and arrange regular check-ups. Check-ups are very thorough and the dentists are keen to put you at ease. The treatment has always been pain free. The hygienist is excellent and very sympathetic about sensitive teeth. I highly recommend this practice.

Everything is explained carefully, and you are listened to, as well as being advised on necessary procedures/actions. I don't say 'professional and friendly' lightly, because that combination is the ideal in a dentist's surgery.

Required emergency treatment and phoned 9am. The receptionist told me that they were fully booked for the day but due to bad weather they were expecting some cancellations. They phoned me later in the morning with a same day appointment. Brilliant and offending tooth extracted.
