I took my Mum who is in her 90's and currently wheelchair bound She needed a check up and had toothache so required an x-ray The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful she offered to open a rear gate to allow me easier access with the wheelchair, patiently waited in the cold whilst I wheeled Mum around and then arranged everything for us in the surgery. She did the same as we exited. The dentist and nurse were also very friendly and welcoming. They helped me with the chair to assist Mum onto the treatment bed and the dentist was careful and considerate throughout giving Mum all the time she needed, explaining her diagnosis to us both and gently providing the minor treatment Mum needed. Mum is usually very anxious at the dentist but this visit was an anxiety free experience with Mum put at her ease. I was very impressed and appreciative of the way we were treated throughout. Visit was for consultation and options explained to me. There was also follow up by email explaining the options and costs in full. All done in a friendly and professional manner.

A really lovely caring group of dentists. Friendly receptionist, very helpful too. I just hope they continue with my nhs treatment. I used to be so terrified of dentists, not anymore since being treated by this practise.

I have recently registered at Steyndent after I couldn’t get an appointment at another NHS dentist. The receptionist was very helpful in getting me an appointment I could attend. The dentist explained what I needed done and work was carried out straight away. Thank you Steyndent!

Clean friendly practice. Great dentist very thoughtful, good experience. Talked through the procedures and made it a pleasant trip as a nervous patient

The turnover of dentists here is a little off putting. Unnecessary treatments and mistakes can lead to more costly problems. You’re basically putting blind faith in the dentist of the day but you don’t know them or how good they are until they’re in your mouth and it’s too late. I remember when I always saw the same dentist. It’s not like this here unfortunately. Owner seems to prefer private work and working at other practice. Steyning feels like the poor relation.

I visit the hygenist regularly and she has definitely saved and improved my teeth. I will continue to visit as I find the whole practive to be very professional but at the same time friendly
