Problem with loose crown and extreme pain caused when eating. Of course this happened with a weekend coming up but I had an appointment given for the Monday at 2pm. Treatment to relieve pain and advice given as to future treatment. I await this in due course. Very relieved to be seen so quickly and for treatment given.

Been with practice 30 years plus. First time with new principal dentist since changeover. Experienced a friendly cheerful approach. Check was quick and efficient and I had a repair done immediately which was painless and has settled in fine.

I had a teeth cleaning procedure (air wash). Friendly greeting on arrival and seen quickly. All very efficient. Pleased with the result.

I have just finished a course of treatment. I found the dentist to be interested and totally involved in our joint decisions. Not only efficient and competent but also good humoured. I consider myself fortunate to be a Steyndent patient.

This practice has recently changed hands and this was my first appointment since then. Although only for a check up, my new dentist was very thorough, taking X-rays of both sides of my mouth. She also fully explained the treatment options available and actually involved me in deciding my treatment plan. She also advised on treatments that what’d believed were not available on the NHS as part of this consultation. I am delighted with the service I received and have no hesitation in recommending the practice to others seeking NHS care.

Reception staff friendly and professional. Dentist was very thorough and encouraging. Booked the same dentist again in 6 months + hygienist.

I have been with this practice for over 20 years. While the dentist might change the quality of the service doesn't - very reliable, friendly, efficient and very good advice and work on my teeth.

Really happy with Steyndent. They are always so friendly and professional. Had to visit more than I would of liked lately but they always make you feel so comfortable.
