I found making my appointment fairly easy, actually got a next day appointment. The practice has had an upgrade, the reception area welcoming and the receptionists pleasant and always busy. I am happy with my dentist and his assistant. I can see the practice has extended their services to include composite bonding and other improvements to help with your smile. I find going to the dentist to be very reactive because of having a cavity, toothache, need an extraction etc. I feel there should be a conversation about the longer term plans for your teeth and gums and if you need to change your daily routine. I found out only recently that my teeth are soft and now need to be very careful with my cleaning especially with the types of food I eat and do not use wire based dental brushes for in between your teeth and gums.

The dentist is very approachable and was clear about discussing the options. The work has been adequately completed, and the dentist put me on list for root canal treatment.

Good service and friendly customer service.The practice is with in access of good transport so easy to get to. The dentist was friendly and thorough. The service was speedy and reliable.

I rang to make emergency appointment, fearing tooth and gum problems. Got date within a week. Dentist is very friendly, helpful, explains clearly of my teeth condition, dental assistant most helpful when I went this week

Both dentists and their assistants very friendly. I was given an appointment when it suited me. Renovation of the premises is strikingly beautiful and makes sitting in the reception a joy.

Easy to register and make an appointment. Short waiting time to get an appointment, fast registration process, short in-practice waiting times, quick follow up. Friendly & professional staff.

I am a NHS patient and understand that if you're not a private client you're passed on to new dentists who need to practice. I've had a very bad experience with my previous dentist to the point I got injured. The young blonde dentist m.r., even though new to dentistry is very patient and accommodating. On my 2. appointment for the crown placing I came with a broken foot in a "boot" which happened 2 weeks before after the 1. appointment with "m r" I was at my 2. appointment at least 1.5 hours early as I was unsure if to make it on time with a broken foot and the constant transport issues or road closures. If there was a delay, I wouldn't be able to run for another bus. When "m r" saw me with my foot in a "boot" in the waiting area, on his way to his break, he arranged to treat me right then and there and postponed his break. I would have been happy to wait 1+ hours for my initial appointment, but he went out of his way, asked the practice management and his assistant if it's ok to treat me then and there ahead of time to which all agreed! The dentist practice just went/still is finishing through a refurbishment, and everything is clean and new. The reception staff are very friendly and professional as well, very efficient and smooth engagement. So far it's been a really good experience. A big relief after my previous experience. I was and am never afraid of dentists, but the last experience was horrible and this Stockwell practice and "m r" changed my new apprehension of dentists around. Keep it up! You're doing everything right! Thank you and all the best to m r.

I have always found the staff pleasant and professional, but the building cramped and the staircase difficult to climb. I was therefore very pleased to see the improvements made to the surgery since my last visit. The new staircase was wider and easier to navigate, and the new consulting rooms very light and spacious with new equipment. All in all a very pleasurable experience.

This is the best, most professional, accomplished practice in London. Their patients are treated with the highest standards of professional care, respect and dignity. I am fortunate to be registered with this practice as I have been for last 20 years. In my last visit this week I was thoroughly examined and given a full explanation as to what was required and fortunately I was given the all clear, no treatment necessary, come back in 6 months
