I happened to have appointment for dentist and hygienist in the last week. Sincere welcome from receptionist on both occasions. Courteous and professional staff on both appointments. Hygienist particularly caring as they remembered me from appointment in March when I was not in a good place emotionally. They were interested but not intrusive.

  2. Review titled Awful traumatic experience

Rated 1 star out of 5

My 8 year old daughter needed some cavities filled but instead we found an abscess on another tooth so the dentist decided to remove this. No idea why she thought it would be a good idea to try numb and abscessed gum?! My daughter felt everything as of course the anesthetic couldn't work and we stopped the whole operation. She left sobbing and we headed straight to A & E because of the pain she was in, as well as to get antibiotics. The dentist didn't even prescribe this! I will never take any of my children or myself or recommend anyone go to Stoneleigh House dental practice in Wilton.

  3. Review titled Not so Nice practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

in my case. I went for an extraction. And was left with an infection and half the tooth left in. Causing extreme pain and constant swelling in my mouth. I have just spent 1 hour removing half of the tooth that was left in myself. And I still have the other half to remove. It won't heal till that is removed. And this has also left me relying on codeine pain relief. This experience has left me having no confidence in NHS dentists and in general dentists altogether. I maybe for the first time in my life relying on NHS treatment due to ill health in the first place. And has left me definitely not impressed with the standard of treatment and professionalism. Unfortunately I cant post a picture of the size of tooth left in and the other side is bigger. I wont be returning for further treatment to remove the rest. I trust myself more than this dentist and any other
