My dentist and the dentist nurse were very careful and considerate of how anxious I am at the dentist and having to have work done. The dentist checked I was ok on occasions without me having to indicate to stop. She did a very good neat and tidy filling and checked I was ok with it at the end and showed me in the mirror. Overall, she made a very anxious experience a lot more bearable. Thank you.

The time the hygienist took to explain stuff to me and give me a clean. Hygienist was very thorough and made me feel good. The dentist also was equally good with comments.

What is happening to NHS dentists? The dentist I see only works Tuesdays for the NHS! If treatment is required how on earth am I meant to schedule this into my lifestyle? Just pure craziness! In my opinion you either work for the NHS or not, don’t do a measly 1 day a week!

The time with the dentist was 4 minutes!!!! I know I am an NHS patient but £25:80 for 4 mins seems rather steep. Not impressed.

I may be in my eighties but have been treated with so much respect each time that l have gone back plus so much information given to me from the two teeth being extracted and the part dental plate fitted. Just hoping my dentist does not leave. One in a million.

The receptionist was really good and despite a 40 min wait came over and apologised for delay with a smile. Well done this made the difference in me being really annoyed about the delay to thinking oh well it’s not anyone’s fault

We were seen very quickly the dentist made me a my children feel at ease and was truly professional explaining to my son what his next procedure would entail and that there would be nothing to worry about.

After many years using this dental practice it is still a pleasure to visit. Appointments are prompt and the staff are friendly and have a genuine interest in your health. Easy free parking as well !
