The receptionist is unprofessional and abrupt and I was spoken to as if I was her employee not a customer! The surgery pushes private treatments, white fillings at over £100 a pop (not NHS) and teeth cleaning poorly performed.

I attended as a new NHS patient and was dealt with professionally, the staff were very friendly. I thought it would be difficult to find an NHS practice in the area but on my first attempt I was contacted by the practice and was a patient that same week. The location is so convenient opposite the rail station, I would highly recommend.
