Fantastic service, extremely good dentist especially mine, and staff and very supportive and helpful. I have been with this practice for many years and had only good experiences.

I have been visiting Studental / Damira for around eleven years and during that time have continually received a first class friendly service. I have recommended them to friends who also speak highly of them. Only down side is trying to contact them either by phone or email.

this is a Friendly efficient place. I like the way the dentist check the jaw as well as the teeth. Hygienist good too.

I have a complex dentistry history and require regular check ups. I have been trying to catch up with treatments, visiting dentists several times a year, which is quite expensive. I have had good and bad experiences in this practice - I had one appointment where I felt cared for; and others where I feel I'm not heard, I feel judged and frustrated. I am a healthcare professional myself, so I would expected, if nothing else, to be treated with respect and kindness at every interaction.

Friendly reception staff & dentist was professional & efficient.She explained what she was doing & made me feel comfortable. However the lift to the dentist wasn’t working which proved difficult as there are three flights of stairs.

A practice employes many healthcare professionals. I have had more positive experiences at this surgery. The last two dentists and their assistants have provide excellent quality of work and care. I have no hesitation recommending this practice. 😀

I recieved an email and a text saying I was due a checkup, and to please book one. I sent an email to the address mentioned but it was not responded to. I then tried calling, but gave up after 25 minutes in the phone queue (and no movement from being "first in the queue”). Eventually I went in person and was able to make an appointment. The checkup itself was quick and on time, nothing much to report there.

Patient of Studental, now Damira, for over 10 years, receiving regular routine dental check ups and hygienist treatment. I will wait for appointments with regular dentist and hygienist who were recommended to me (as I had one hygienist who seemed to have a rather cursory approach and unforthcoming attitude) as they are friendly, explain things well and seem v efficient in delivering treatments. Reception staff are friendly and effective, although can take time to get through on phone. Online booking is not so efficient and paperwork when having regular 3m reviews, or appointments v close together, is repetitive and excessive - as my condition is stable. As located on Oxford Brookes,Headington, campus best to use out of term and to walk, cycle, or take bus as parking nearby v difficult.
