The worst experience I have ever had with any dental practice. My appointment was cancelled 6 times when I was told I needed a root canal to save the tooth. I had to wait 5 months to even get the appointment for the root canal and then it was cancelled on the day of. I was seen for a consultation by a dentist who said himself he can’t even do root canals because he can’t stand up for long enough. Reception staff have all been unhelpful and incompetent at rebooking appointments. The 2 appointments I managed to get and actually go to both had the dentist turning up late. Do not register with this practice!!

Efficient and friendly experience with full confidence in the treatment received. Procedure and options were explained before treatment.

I had an issue with a cancelled emergency appointment which I had booked. The practice manager did ring me and rectify this which I was grateful for and I have now booked for a check up also.

I had a checkup appointment. I had to wait for a while, and it was only 3 minutes of the dentist’s looking at my teeth at the end. The explanation was not at all clear and the comments I received about the condition were quite offensive. I feel like it was a waste of time and money, and I’m not sure if I should go back to the practice for the treatment. It was a shame because I always had a good experience with them.

Efficient and competent team. The dentist was thorough but a quick emergency appointment. Please note there is no car parking as stated which is the only downside

My dentist was kind and gentle, but also very able and highly skilled. This applies not only to this occasion but also to all the other times I've been to see her. I trust her and feel safe with her.

Helpful, considerate, and thorough treatment. Brilliant standard of care. Desk/admin staff also show a calm and kindly efficiency which helps create a supportive atmosphere for us patients.

I met my new dentist for the first time. It was a very good introductory appointment. It was a regular check up visit, with no problems identified but I left very confident about future appointments and/or treatment.
