Review titled Excellent service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Kim Wilcox - Posted on 21 March 2024
Visited here as I was in agony. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. I was sent forms, via text message, to complete prior to arriving which were easy to complete and sped up the whole process. The dentist and assistant were great. She explained what was going to be done. I had to have 3 injections and bearly felt a thing. She completed the work on my tooth and I felt no pain at all. This was the best dental experience I have ever had

Review titled Humiliating.
Rated 1 star out of 5

I had excruciating tooth pain and was grateful to find this service. The dentist on duty told me that my condition was “payback for smoking”before I hadn’t even sat down in the big chair and explained that I stopped smoking 30 years ago. I was then told that my hygiene was terrible and could have visited a hygienist anytime and didn’t need a dentist. I was x rayed and told I had “ angry teeth”, the dentist left me in complete agony after jabbing and scraping my gums whilst continuing to tell me how awful my teeth were. The assistant gave me a post it note with the phone number of someone she knew who would “enjoy cleaning my teeth” for £130 p.h. The dentist sent me away with a prescription for antibiotics and told me to see a dentist asap and wash my mouth with salt water. I was left feeling small, humiliated and in absolute agony. Never again.
