Can't fault any of my experiences here. Receptionists are always lovely, the dental assistants and the main dentists I've been with have been amazing and gone out of their way to explain everything and to help when needed. Can't fault anything.

Staff friendly. Dentist always friendly, helpful and informative. No work undertaken if unnecessary but everything explained properly, making a dental visit less daunting so much so that I have recommended her to others .

I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism since joining the practice 2 yes ago. Great care is taken to build a relationship with the patient and give them details of any issues or treatment. I will never find visits easy but I am grateful that trust has been built in a very short period of time. I cannot praise the dental team highly enough.

Care was taken to explain my treatment and therefore I was not at all anxious.I was welcomed into the reception by the receptionist told to have a seat and was called into the room at exactly the time of my appointment The dentist told me to raise my hand if I felt uncomfortable whilst she done my filling but I didn’t have any need to do this .

I have always felt that those at Swanside really do 'care' bout my dental health. The way they consult with me over any problems I may have and the way they suggest and recommend procedures is always done as a two-way process. The staff are welcoming and professional and the actual dentist is not only highly professional but also very approachable and understanding. The way they coped during and after the pandemic was both practical and sensible and they continue to put our safety first.

Excellent service, all staff are friendly and approachable and the practice is clean and bright. My dentist always takes the time to explain all aspects of treatment. Theres sometime a wait of a few weeks for routine appointments but it's worth the wait and I've been at this practice for over 30years
