Had to take my son for sedation. He is extremely nervous and suffers with poor mental health and anxiety. A trainee (no problem) attempted to canulate him several times with obvious professional attendees. This was unsuccessful causing my son to have a panic attack therefore having to leave without treatment. Surely this is unacceptable practice and therefore request that this will be looked into by all parties. Please respond with your findings. Thank you

Myself and my children have been at this dentist for a good 4-5 years now. I’ve never experienced any issues with them. The reception team are polite and friendly and the dentists are just as nice. On the last 3 weeks they’ve squeezed myself and my son in for 2 different issues and have been in and out on both occasions in less than an hour with the issues fixed. They’re a great practice! If you’re looking for a dentist in this area, definitely give them a try. I called this morning for a full professional clean, I was booked in for 27th august but wanted to move it forward. They got me in this afternoon!

Excellent dentist all round, receptionist very friendly, efficient, Dentistry first class, as always, have used this company for years ,no problems

Attended for a extraction on Monday 13/2/2023 dentist explained what would happen an within a short period the extraction was done so thumbs up to the dentist and the dental nurse
