A first-rate practice with a first-rate staff. I always feel comfortable. Earlier in the same year, an extraction was needed and it was all done before I knew it.

I was living in Syston and a patient there since 2019. I moved away but still visited for check up. Booking in this year the receptionist made an appointment for me after I advised him of now being unemployed. I attended appointment only to be turned away for the reason of no longer being a private patient and that I hadn't attended for a check up this past year. I was never contacted by phone or email to advise me of any issues or that I needed to book an appointment by a certain time. I'm so disappointed in the lack of communication and care, as I had a painful tooth that required fixing.

I mentioned a concern I had with a discoloured front tooth when I went for my regular checkup. It was making me conscious when I smiled. This was remedied immediately, far exceeding my expectations and I was more than delighted with the result. Absolutely brilliant!! Confidence restored Can't thank you enough. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
