My first visit here ,A very nervous patient.The reception girls were very friendly.The Dentist I saw was very good , he listened to my fears and put me at ease ,also he explained everything fully to me .

I was desperate to find an NHS practice. The Dental surgeon was fantastic as were her assistants who were very encouraging. The surgery was full of friendly and helpful staff who made my visit all the more pleasurable and I have signed on for further treatment. Nothing was to much trouble and I would recommend Tamworth Dental Practice to anyone.

The dentists and staff are friendly and you can easily get appointments. But the appointments always run late. My appointment was 5 15 and I was called in at 6pm, that's 45 mins. There were no updates nor was I told there was a delay when I checked into reception. There was no apology when I went into the practice room If you use this dentist be prepared for a delay of around an hour, I have waited longer in the past. Take a good book!

Not the bravest person in the world but just had a new dentist who made me feel relaxed and at ease . After my examination he spent time explaining what was going on and if I had any questions. 5 stars from me .

Having spent almost £400 which as only on disability could not really afford, have been left with not being able to leave the house as the 2 sets of dentures they had made just don't fit. I phoned to explain my problem & the receptionist sounded caring & agreed I shouldn't be left like this & said she had made me an appointment to see a different dentist to try & sort it out. I suffer with anxiety & was anxious about seeing another dentist. I turned up to my appointment to find it was with my original dentist. I just didn't know what to do or say when she called me into her room. However I went in & tried to explain that they still don't fit & it's affecting my anxiety so I don't go out. She just told me there's nothing more they can do except refer me to the dental hospital. I can't afford to see another dentist for more dentures so now have to wait I don't know how many months before I get an appointment & that's if they will see me as its not a dental emergency or anything. No I won't be recommending this practice

Great experience, felt comfortable and looked after. Saw dentist for 2 appointments to take care of cracked tooth - was made to feel comfortable and informed about options and best plan moving forwards. Dentist very attentive to my comfort, both with putting me at ease and making sure tooth repair comfortable before finishing up. First time at dentist for 4yrs and was dreading it, but needn’t have worried!

I haven't been to the dentist for 15 years until I got a Gum infection and was told I needed an extraction. I'm a very nervous and anxious patient my dentist made me feel at ease. My extraction went well. I would highly recommend this dentist. Amazing service throughout .

I had implant treatment in this practice and I do understand its not nhs but I want this to reach to nhs as the quality of the treatment I received was beyond exceptional. My dentist was so great from the start of the journey till the end. She is so patient and very gentle and very skillful. Implants are expensive in this country and I feel this is the only practice where the prices are affordable and process is so quick and outcome is amazing. Thank you so much to my lovely dentist and I will be getting more family members to your practice.
