Professional and efficient service, the dentists and technicians I have seen have always been pleasant and reassuring during the procedures and have given good aftercare advice. A good dental practice I can recommend.

The dentist was, as usual, very thorough and friendly. Happy to look at my x-rays with me as I was a radiographer. On this occasion I wasn't able to complete my forms as I had no internet connection, but it didn't seem to matter as the dentist said he always does a verbal check anyway! I was left wondering what the point of spending ages filling out forms is if there are no changes anyway?

4:30 Appointment was running late. Had telephoned in advance to say I had to be away by 5pm and so asked for earlier appointment. Was reassured no need. Left at 5:20pm

With regards the dentist taking the mould for my new dentures I was very happy with the treatment. However having been told to make an appointment for 2weeks later and 2 other appointments 2weeks apart I was dismayed to find my first appointment could only be arranged for 6 weeks later. This means it will be 10 weeks before I get my new dentures. It is difficult to wait that long as my present denture keeps snapping and I am sticking it with super glue. It has been a long time since I started this as I had to have a tooth out before being fitted for a new one. I realise dentists are very busy but there must be a way of booking ongoing treatment. It does cause health problems as I have difficulty eating.

Slightly painful teeth clean using ultrasonic which I have not had before due to sensitive teeth. My fault for not informing the new dentist assigned to me. Unfortunate timing since I lost a bit of tooth the following day but having notified the surgery am still awaiting a call back to see what should be done. May require a crown or at least some preventative filling until the next formal appointment.
