The service was professional and the dentists were all very understanding, as someone who has anxiety at the dentist usually, I surprisingly found my experience here to be relaxing and calm.

This was my first appointment with our new dentist. I was impressed by her kindness and gentleness. If it’s possible to think of being in the chair as a good experience then this was it. She also asked several pertinent questions and had clearly read my records.

When we arrived our appts had been cancelled by clerical error. We were passed on to students with a tutor, instead of our dentist. Took 90 mins for 3 of us.

Hi Philippa, We do apologise for this error, we arranged for the students to carry out the appointments to avoid an extra journey however these appointments do sometimes take longer. I have long standing gum disease and feel that both the dentist and hygienist are giving me useful advice and effective treatment Every stage has been carried out with care and explanation. My teeth are being well looked after.
