Anna is an exceptional dentist. I was an anxious patient for years, she’s been incredible - super calm and understanding. Never pressured for time. All the work she has done on my teeth and the way she has cared for my children, including one with enamel problems which needed care… just outstanding. A credit to the surgery, and we can’t imagine ever going to anyone else!

My dentist who squeezed me in to looked at a lump I’m concerned about and put my mind at rest. After the mix up on my appointment.

For someone who doesn’t like going the dentist, from the meeting at the reception to the dentist has always been friendly and calming Never had any problems.It a first class dental practice

Absolute credit to the nhs. Nurses literally never stop; they are running around after people all day. Pleasant greetings from everyone front of house right through to the dentist themselves. First class

Excellent care and attention by the dentist and nurse Please consider moving the disabled parking space to near the gateway as your carpark gets so full and it is extremely hard to manoeuvre out of the carpark plus it is a very narrow parking space x thank you x

I was not offered a scale and polish despite not having had one now for around 12 months. I did not have a scale and polish at my last appointment six months ago. I appear to have paid the same as someone else who attends your practice who has been given a scale and polish on every appointment. Furthermore I have had to pay for my next appointment around five weeks in advance. I was surprised at this too.

Thank you for you review Paul, We do work to the current guidelines and if a scale and polish is clinically necessary then we will provide this. If this is not clinically necessary but you would still like a clean we do offer private hygiene appointments. We do have to take the full amount for outstanding treatment at your check up appointment, this is our practice policy but is also outlined on the NHS website charges page. I do apologise that this was unexpected but unfortunately we have to follow this policy with all our patients. Thank you Taptonville House Dental
