I am so pleased you asked for feed back, this gives me an opportunity to say thank you once again. I was really grateful for the disabled parking space. Everyone was helpful and happy, all in a lovely warm, clean space.

Helpful admin arranged emergency appointment and returned my call within minutes, fitting me in the same afternoon. Experienced dentist expertly attended to the problem tooth quickly almost painlessly.

Excellent all round. Reception was helpful, polite and very professional- the clinical side was excellent at putting me at ease and happy to enjoy a suitable joke. Never have a complaint about Tapton House.

If you can call going to the dentist a pleasurable experience then this is the nearest it comes! I have been at this practice for over 20years and have always had a positive experience.

I have been a patient here for many years and have had a variety of treatment from simple check-ups to implants. Always received great timely treatment and advice and expect this to continue. I guess its this overall experience that stands out.

The dentist was very supportive and helpful, He listened and explained things clearly, I get very anxious and he made me feel at ease. Dental nurse was polie and friendly, and supportive of my needs, as was the dentist. They were both brilliant.
