I didn't think much to your Covid controls. Would have preferred use of ffp3 masks when I had to remove mine. At least the surgery was ventilated.

We were late for our appointment due to traffic and they managed to still fit us in. Once in the appointment made to feel welcome and everything went well.

Kindness & professionalism of the dentist. He explained every stage of the tooth extraction as he proceeded, which made it all less alarming, & was happy to numb the surface of the gum before inserting the needle, which really helped.

Very efficient. My new dentures fit welll and are comfortable. The dentist said to try eating with them and return for adjustment if necessary .

The dentist and dental nurse always polite putting you at ease. I like that the dentist explains things that you would like to know. Seen on time even though practice very busy. The 2 things we can't do without is doctors and dentists.

Communication. Excellent communication about waiting time from dental nurse. Professional & clear explanation of options of treatment available from dentist. Excellent face to face communication at same level, rather than being in dentist recumbent chair & physically being talked over. Absolutely confident building consultation. Thank you
